Shortly after your initial enquiry with our team, we will visit the site of the pool. We measure your outdoor space with an aerial imaging program to scope the project. We will discuss the shapes and colours of the pool with you that will best complement your home. We will then send you a full quotation with all the inclusions of the pool installation.

Once the quote has been accepted and the deposit is paid, the manufacturing and preparation process of the pool begins. In this time we will do mandatory soil testing, and any other pre-works included in your quote. This is also the time we will liaise with you about any preparation needed by other external contractors.

Four weeks before your installation date we will be in touch to confirm with you that all necessary steps of preparation have been complete. We will then closely explain each step of the installation day so you are across how the day will run.

Soon after your new Harvest Pool is installed we will begin the handover process. This is where we will talk you through how to upkeep and clean your pool. We will also discuss ongoing maintenance of the pool and connect you with any support you may need.

Shortly after your enquiry we will be in touch to organise an inspection to discuss what pool would best suit your lifestyle and space. When you accept our quote we can arrange an installation timeline so you know what to expect.

Our pools have a lifetime structural warranty.

Our team at Harvest Pools install the basic structure and temporary fencing for your brand new pool. Any finishing touches like landscaping, paving and fencing will need to be sourced externally. We are happy to connect you with some of our contacts that we have worked with over our vast experience in this industry to best execute your vision.

Beyond the initial quote you receive from our team, you should consider other costs external to the pool like paving, landscaping and the pool fence. We also ask you to prepare for any costs that are not within our quote that we cannot foresee, for instance digging services if we encounter rock or crane hire. Please note, we take every effort possible to avoid these costs.
